WOOD BREAKING COURSE

On 14th March, the Scottish IAKSA Kickboxing held its wood breaking course.  The course of wood breaking is to show that the technique in applied properly during punching and kicking.  The students had three attempts at breaking 1 inch thick of wood with a punch or a kick.
